What is hyper-realism?
hyper-realism is a type of Art design of creating a thing that is reality. Which means that you just have to find many pictures that is visual, social, and cultural details of everyday life and combine them into a single art design.
Materials and Research
Like I said, I have to find a pictures that is visual, social, and cultural details of everyday life. The five different topic I choose are;culture of health and wellbeing, Ecology: Habitat and food, Ecology: water and air, ecology: material and energy, and technology and infrastructure.
Before I began to do my hyper realism project, I have to do some research for each of my topic I selected. The only one topic I choose which is culture of health and wellbeing, and all I know is that Health and wellbeing is about providing help to many countries to make policies that can make public health more success in order for people around the would is safe, happy, and healthy.
After I choose my topic, I went to a google image i choose the photo of the kitchen, glass of green smoothies pouring into a glass cup, ice cube melting, green vegetable, and three men staring.
Strategy
My strategy is to make a picture of showing a green vegetable melting into a green smoothies and dripping into a cup from the table. And I also want my picture to show a giant peaking through a window as well. I opened the Photoshop and I add all my pictures. The first thing I do is add the picture of the kitchen as a background for the hyper realism picture. Next step is to add a picture of glass cup, ice cube melting, green vegetable. All I did is to make the counter look like a table by stretching it. I also change the color of the water and stretch it a little bit to make it look like it is dripping into the cup. And the last step I did, is to paste the giants face in each windows. All I did is to deleted the windows and then added the giants face in each of them.
Challenges (What worked and what did not work)
The most challenging about hyper is the way i set up my hyper project. For example, I have to paste the giant behind those rainbow.
Final Result
I actually do love of what I just made. I think it look beautiful with the kitchen, vegetable melting and dripping into the glass, and having a giant face in each window. The way I love my project is to keep it simple just by using simple picture so I won’t have to take more time to complete this.
